I would like to thanks the Punjab Government for reposing confidence in me for the development of Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore through Public-Private partnership. We have put in our best efforts in Infrastructure Development and by Allah’s grace, QIE Presidents have appreciated our efforts and are aware of our sicencerty and dedication. We have already completed Phase I and are about to complete Phase-II development work as well. Our endeavor is to make Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, a model for those who crave for perfection and to leave our foot prints for years to come.
Who We Are
Established Roots, Evolving Vision: The Story of QIE
Established in 1960 under a Pakistan-Canada joint program, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate (formerly Township Industrial Estate) was developed alongside a residential area to boost industrial and urban growth in Lahore. Initially managed by the Punjab Housing Department, control was transferred to Lahore Development Authority in 1993, and later to PIEDMC in 2004 for professional management and development.

QIE Emergency Response Services
Fire Brigade Station
Since 2007, QIE’s fully equipped Fire Brigade has efficiently responded to 248 incidents within 5–10 minutes, earning 65 commendation letters from residents.
QIE - Ambulance
QIE Emergency Center now includes a fully equipped ambulance service to ensure swift, doorstep medical assistance for injured workers.
Emergency Help Line
The Board of Management integrated all emergency services under Helpline 1044, enabling QIE residents to access Ambulance, Fire Brigade, and Disaster Recovery support instantly and efficiently.

Security & CCTV Monitoring Services
We provide security round the clock through our own vehicles alongwith police personnel. These patrolling vehicles are being monitored through CCTV Cameras round the O’clock by the security office.
Patrolling / Beat of QIE Vehicles & Motorcycles
Apart from 3 vehicles patrolling the Industrial Estate, 6motorcycles also petrol the area which are driven by QIE driver and manned by a Police person sitting behind with weapon.
Construction of Police Station
The establishment of a new police station at QIE by the Board of Management has significantly reduced crimes like mobile snatching, theft, and wire cutting, aiming to make the estate crime-free.
Solid Waste Lifting & Disposal
QIE has engaged a private company for solid waste management, ensuring daily collection and disposal through a 25-member team in coordination with LWMC.
Horticulture
A Greener QIE for a Healthier Tomorrow
The BOM ensures tree plantation, development of QIE Park, green belts etc. within the Industrial Estate which is a concrete /visible proof of the keen interest of BOM QIE. In the last two years QIE planted 6000 plants and further intended to plant 5000 more trees during the current year – 2016.
